Concrete Double Garage

Size Details

A double garage can create a significant amount of additional space for your home and has a wide range of uses.

Whether you need simple storage, space for two cars, or a combination of both – parking a car while still having ample storage – a double garage could be the perfect solution.

Double garages are also ideal for use as a home gym, office, or workshop. With the option of extra high eaves, they are also suitable for storing vans, large 4×4 vehicles, or other tall vehicles.

All building types are available as a double garage, including flat-roofed, Pent Mansard, and pitched roof Apex styles. You can choose either one large main door or two smaller main doors, depending on the building size. Internal partition walls can also be included to separate the two sides of the building.

The cost of a double garage varies depending on size and specification. While a traditional brick-built double garage could cost £30,000–£35,000, a concrete sectional double garage can be built for a fraction of this cost.

    3' wide steel vertically ribbed personnel door with multi point locking (Deco Deluxe models supplied with PVC door instead).

    Roof type depending on the shape chosen (see standard building range).

  • Fascias and vergeboards

    Factory treated timber.

  • Window

    4′ (1.22m) timber fixed factory preservative treated.
